The paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings subject to:

  6. Participate in the online session during the conference, to answer questions and provide live feedback about your work to the audience.

Submit documentation and extra information

The following documentation should be provided to the organization by the indicated deadlines:

  1. Camera ready: The final version of the paper should be uploaded to the easychair platform as a new version of the same submission.
  2. Copyright form: Authors will timely receive instructions to fulfill the IEEE copyright transfer form.
  3. Video with presentation and presenter info: Upload you video presentation to any platform that provides you a public link to download it. Send an email with the link along with the short bio and photo of the presenter to pdp2021@protonmail.com with the subject "[PDP 2021] Video and presenter info, paper ID", substituting ID by the number of the paper assigned in the easychair platform.

Authors of accepted manuscripts MUST present their work at the Conference on-line event. If, for any reason, you will not be able to attend on-line and participate in the discussion of your work due to an emergency situation, you must find a co-author or a qualified and approved colleague who can present it on your behalf.

Please note that at least one of the originally submitting authors of an accepted paper has to fully register for the conference (i.e., with Euromicro member fee or with Euromicro non-member fee, until Sunday, January 31st, 2021 (this is also the deadline for getting the early registration fee!); otherwise the paper will not be included in the Proceedings. The registration form can be found at the

Eurmicro PDP'2021 registration platform

Registration is open since Monday, December 28, 2020.

VAT number of your organisation

If you need the VAT number of your organisation to be included in the invoice for you, please when carrying out your registration, simply also include that number in the field "Organisation+:" of the registration form, in the way:
"VAT .... " , "name of Organisation"

With regard to payment there are two possibilities:

  • Payment by bankdraft to our bank account:
    Bank account: 320 7781,
at Sparda Bank West eG, Ludwig Erhard Allee 15, D-40227 Duesseldorf, Germany
    Bank code: 370 605 90
    IBAN: DE 69 370605900003207781
  • Payment by credit card

IMPORTANT: From January 2021, new security rules of the European Union become valid. This implies that for the time after December 31, 2020 changes become necessary in the processing software for credit cards which were issued in the states of the European Union. Although we have been in touch over months with our credit card payment providers Payone and Saferpay, due to delays in the implementation work of them, we are currently not sure that the new system will already properly function after December 31, 2020.

As a consequence registrants who have a credit card issued in a country not belonging to the European Union, can use it as usual. For registrants having a credit card issued in the European Union, we strongly recommend:

    • Either carry out the card payment until December 31, 2020
    • Or simply use bank transfer (see above)!! (unless we denote that the situation has been clarified)
